Shipping

Yumayo offers free shipping to U.S. addresses only via USPS Priority Mail. Customers will receive their orders in 2–5 business days (Monday through Saturday). We also offer USPS Priority Mail Express service for an additional charge and deliver within 1–3 business days. At the moment, we currently do not ship internationally.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of order placement and payment has been confirmed. Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery time frames do not include order processing time. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Sunday or holidays.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at support@yumayo.com as soon as possible. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

Returns

All full-priced, unused products are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order. All sales are final after 14 days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and is non-refundable.

Sandals must be tried on a protected surface until you have decided to keep them to avoid scuffed soles. Sandals must be returned in their original condition, shoe box, duster bag and tags still attached. Returning sandals in a damaged shoe box or without the original shoe box cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you with no refund granted. 

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions above. Please note, sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@yumayo.com with your name, order number, and a description of your return request. We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions and a shipping instructions.

Once the product arrives at the warehouse and are inspected, and approved, a refund will be made within 2-3 business days upon receiving the returned item(s). Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Orders shipped USPS Priority Mail Express will be refunded the amount of the item and not the shipping cost.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. If you wish to exchange your sandals for a different size/color/style you will need to return your original sandals and repurchase the item as soon as possible to secure the inventory. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition and comply with the above return policy.
